Privacy Policy

The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no accounts or forms. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us when you contact us, plus the standard technical logs our hosting provider keeps to serve the site.

1. Who we are

Palsir (“we”, “us”) provides digital-identity services: username claims, verification, press placements, account recovery, and Instagram growth. We operate from Latvia, in the European Union, and serve clients worldwide. For anything in this policy, reach us on Telegram at @palsiradmin.

2. What data we collect

  • What you send us. If you contact us on Telegram, we receive your Telegram username and whatever you include in the message, such as the handle you want, the account you need recovered, or your goals. You choose what to share.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request data to serve and protect the site: IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We do not use this to identify you.
  • Nothing else. This site has no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter, no payment processing, and no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so your visit triggers no requests to third-party font services.

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond and deliver. We use what you send us to assess your case, give you a quote, and carry out the engagement you request. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To run the site securely. Hosting logs exist to serve pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Service providers

These are the only third parties that process data when you use this site or contact us:

ProviderRoleRegionPolicy
Vercel Inc.Hosting and content delivery for this website, including request logsGlobal edge network (EU and US)vercel.com
TelegramMessaging, if you choose to contact us therePer Telegram's own infrastructuretelegram.org

Payment for engagements is agreed individually and does not run through this website, so no payment processor receives data from your visit here.

5. How long we keep it

  • Messages. Telegram conversations are kept for as long as needed to deliver your engagement and handle any follow-up, after which they can be deleted on request.
  • Hosting logs. Kept briefly by Vercel under its standard log rotation; we keep no separate copies and run no log archive of our own.

6. Where it is stored

The website is served from Vercel’s global edge network, with origin infrastructure in the EU and US. Telegram messages live in your and our Telegram accounts under Telegram’s own storage. We maintain no database of visitor data.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, and equivalent laws elsewhere, you can ask us at any time to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct it if it is wrong
  • Delete it
  • Receive it in a portable format
  • Restrict or object to how we use it
  • Withdraw consent, where consent was the basis

Message us on Telegram at @palsiradmin and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local supervisory authority; ours is the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).

8. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or fingerprinting of any kind. That is why you see no cookie banner. Details live in the Cookie Policy.

9. Children

Our services are for adults and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site is served exclusively over TLS (HTTPS). Because it is a static site with no database, there is no stored visitor data to breach on our side. If a breach involving personal data ever occurs in our systems, we will notify affected people and the supervisory authority within 72 hours as GDPR Art. 33 requires.

11. Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how data flows, such as a contact form or analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top before those features go live. Material changes get a visible notice on the site.
